Bellavilla is a community of an estimated 200 homes (all sold out) and is currently under construction.

Situated very close to the Commercial and Recreational areas of Devtraco Courts, Bellavilla is the sixth of communities being developed in Ghana’s first ever master-planned community of its kind.

With Bellavilla, Devtraco suspends its cluster concept and builds an open community that gives more opportunity for meeting and interacting with neighbours and creates a deeper feeling of community.

With an estimated 200 beautifully-designed homes, Bellavilla will be a well-planned community with proper drainage, good roads and connection to both electricity and water (basic Devtraco offer).

Bellavilla will be managed by Devtraco’s Estates Management Department.
